Program Directors: Close out last year's residents
A reminder to program directors to close out residents that have completed their residency year. You should go through the resident closeout process for all past residents including those that are still at your site as a PGY2 resident or as an employee. Closing out the residents will stop all task e-mails for that residency year. The evaluations and training plans for the closed-out residents will still be available in the Reports menu. To close out a resident, please choose the Resident CloseOut option on the RPD menu.
